How to prepare :

Remove the sea moss from the pack and rinse thoroughly, then place it in a large bowl with water and use half a lemon to rub it into the sea moss to remove the sea salt. Repeat this 4-5 times. Place the cleaned sea moss in a pyrex bowl and pour hot boiling water over it, squeeze the remaining half of the lemon and cover the bowl with its cover. Leave the sea moss to soak overnight and blend after 24 hours.

How to store :

Once prepared and is in its gel-like state, you can store the sea moss in the fridge for up to 3 weeks and in the freezer for 2-3 months . It is important to note that sea moss  is tasteless and almost odorless and can be used in smoothies, tea, soup as a food thickener to give yourself a facial or even a nourishing hair treatment.
