Instructions:
1.Shake well before use
2.Apply a few pumps to the palm of your hands
3.Gently apply the foam to the external and surrounding area of your vagina. (the foam can also be used to clean your anus)
4.Always remember to clean around the folds of your clitorist
5.Do not insert the foam inside your vagina
