Before using your cup:
🚨Wash your menstrual cup with warm water and your yoni soap/foam wash. Avoid using highly fragrant soap to wash your cup to avoid your pH balance going off nor any irritation.
🚨Sterilise your cup pouring hot boiling water and leave to soak for 5 mins
How to insert your cup:

🤌🏽Fold the cup in half to make it smaller for easier insertion
🤌🏽Hold on the cup in half and squat to insert.
How to remove the menstrual cup:
